Like an artist without his brush,
i've lost the means to express myself...
Like a knight without his sword,
i've lost sight of the meaning in life...

A heart once rich with emotions,
how did it become devoid of feelings...
A world once full of colours,
how did everything become so dull...

Memories that used to break my heart,
no longer hurt as much...
Memories that used to matter so much,
no longer feel as important...

Is all of this part of growing up,
and is this for the better....
i still cant figure out....
